About JEE Exams
JEE Main Examination
Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs).
Exam Pattern
- Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 3 hours per paper
- Papers: Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech), Paper 2 (B.Arch), Paper 3 (B.Planning)
- Sections: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (25 questions each)
- Marking Scheme: +4 for correct, -1 for incorrect (MCQs), +4 for correct, 0 for incorrect (Numerical)
